**Location**: Head Office - Bangalore (with travel to project sites as required)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹2,15,000 per annum onwards (based on experience and qualifications)

To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced **Tender Executive** with a strong background in **electrical projects** and the **electrical contracting industry**.

**Role Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesTender Identification and Management**
- Source and monitor relevant tenders for **electrical projects** from various portals, departments, and private sources.
- Analyse tender documents (technical and commercial) specific to electrical works.
- Prepare and submit high-quality tender proposals, adhering to strict timelines and requirements.

**Technical & Commercial Bidding**
- Collaborate with the engineering team to gather accurate technical specifications and design inputs.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical components, labour, materials, and overheads.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies based on industry benchmarks and internal cost structures.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of BOQs, drawings, compliance statements, and other technical submittals.

**Compliance and Documentation**
- Ensure all tender submissions meet regulatory, technical, and safety standards relevant to the electrical industry.
- Maintain comprehensive records of tenders submitted, won, and lost for future reference and audits.

**Client & Internal Coordination**
- Interact with clients, consultants, and government departments to understand project scope and address clarifications.
- Attend site visits, pre-bid meetings, and technical discussions when required.
- Work closely with procurement, finance, and project management teams to gather input for bid proposals.

**Market Research & Reporting**
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, material rates, and regulatory developments in the **electrical contracting sector**.
- Analyse bidding outcomes and prepare insights for continuous improvement in the tendering process.

**Negotiation & Contract Finalisation**
- Participate in price negotiations and commercial discussions with clients.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to finalise contract terms post-award.
- **Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in tendering/bid management for electrical infrastructure projects**.
- Prior work in an **electrical contracting or infrastructure company is mandatory**.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering**, Business Administration, or a related field with strong knowledge of electrical systems.
- Additional certifications in tender management, contract law, or project management will be considered an asset.

**Skills**
- In-depth knowledge of electrical project components, including HT/LT systems, switchgear, cabling, and control systems.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and experience with tender management or ERP software.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and compliance standards.

**Other Requirements**
- Willingness to travel to project sites, client locations, or government offices as needed.
- Capable of working independently and managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
