
Logistics Account Executive

**Company Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the financial aspects of logistics operations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize cost efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in financial planning and strategy development.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
