We are a Vadodara-based manufacturing company specializing in creating fun and innovative **DIY kits for kids**, including **snow art kits**, **slime-making kits**, and other creative crafting products. Our mission is to inspire creativity and hands-on learning for children through engaging, high-quality products.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end logistics process, including inventory, warehousing, and transportation.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transport companies to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
- Monitor and track shipments, updating records and resolving any logístical issues.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Collaborate with the production and sales teams to plan shipments based on demand and order requirements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company policies during shipping and handling.
- Handle returns and damaged goods, ensuring proper replacements or claims.
- Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with inventory or logistics management software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and local supply chain processes is a plus.
