We are hiring for the role of **Dispatch & Logistics Executive** for our **Chemical manufacturing company at Baroda.**

**Job Title : Executive - Dispatch & Logistics**
**Department : Dispatch**
**Experience: 2 to 5 years in Dispatch & Logistics**

**Job Purpose**:Responsible for dispatch related activities.

**Responsibilities**:Responsible for Excise related activities, prepare MIS report, documentation of Department & ISO related activities.

**Main Duties and Roles**:
Ø Coordinating with marketing dept/dispatch team for daily dispatches.

Ø Arranging vehicles for local dispatches.

Ø Making Export dispatch invoices.

Ø Checking tax invoice and delivery challan.

Ø Providing dispatch details (LR to marketing person/dispatch team).

Ø Monitoring daily dispatch reports.

Ø Coordinating with account persons for purchase invoices.

Ø Monitoring monthly sales reports.

Ø Visiting excise office for excise correspondence.

Ø Monitoring export statement (under UT1/rebate/CT1/CT3).

Ø Prepare MIS.

Ø Attend GST Audit.

Ø Any other work assigned by the management.
