We're Hiring: Night Shift Dispatch Executive (Female)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Onsite – Work from Office)

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST (US Shift, Monday to Friday)

About OSTT Logistics

OSTT Logistics is an asset-based freight forwarding company operating alongside its sister company, OSTT Inc. Together, we manage a fleet of over 45 trucks and trailers, including flatbed, step-deck, reefer, dry van, low boy, and stretch trailers.

In addition to our company fleet, we offer comprehensive freight forwarding services for FTL (Full Truckload), LTL (Less-than-Truckload), car hauling, and sea freight — delivering safe, timely, and efficient logistics solutions across the United States.

Role Overview

We are seeking a female Dispatch Executive to join our Carrier Department in Vadodara. This full-time, onsite position involves coordinating and managing truck dispatch schedules, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries, maintaining communication with drivers, and optimizing fleet performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Schedule and dispatch carriers efficiently.

· Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams.

· Track shipments and proactively resolve operational issues.

· Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.

· Support the Carrier Department in operations.

Requirements

· 1 to 3 years of experience required (freshers are also welcome to apply).

· Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).

· Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatching preferred.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch software is an advantage.

· Female candidates preferred.

Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or a related field is a plus.
