Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase Order (PO) Entry:

  • Accurately enter and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system.

  • Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely updates.

  • Sales Order Entry:

  • Input and verify customer sales orders.

  • Ensure alignment with production schedules and inventory levels.

  • Production Planning:

  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

  • Monitor progress and update schedules based on real-time data.

  • Inventory Planning:

  • Track raw material and finished goods inventory.

  • Support forecasting and stock level optimization.

  • Manpower Planning:

  • Help allocate workforce based on production needs.

  • Maintain shift rosters and attendance records.

  • Dispatch Planning:

  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatches.

  • Prepare dispatch schedules and documentation.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
  • Good analytical and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities
