**Hiring for Logistics Executive / Manager**
**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat
**Exp**: 2+ Years
**Salary**: 30000 - 40000

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Execution of entire consignment on orders basis.
- Co-ordinate with sales team for order and dispatch.
- Preparing all export documents like Invoice/Packing list, B/L, COO, Weight & quality, other any special documents as per requirements.
- Logistics co-ordination with CHA/Freight forwarders.
- Updating Stuffing planning - follow up with production logistics.
- Pre & Post Export Documentation Knowledge
- Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goal.
- Expertise in performing the entire operations related to documentation & customer service.
- Retaining new & old clients by updating them for their shipments on daily basis.
- Knowledge of ocean shipment clearance process (LCL & FCL).
- Co-ordination with lines for payments, container availability, B/L, loading, MR etc.
- Sending pre alert advice & cargo arrival notice to counter parts & customers.

Co-ordination with shipper regarding stuffing, payments, B/L etc

CHECKLIST, INVOICE, PACKING LIST

POST SHIPPING DOCUMENT:
BILL OF LADING (BL)

FOREX DEPARTMENT COORDINATION

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
