Function- Import Export- Regular / Temporary- Regular- Employment- Full Time- Description**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation Preparation**: Prepare and manage all documentation required for import and export operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- **Import Export Coordination**: Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient import and export processes.
- **Logistics Management**: Oversee logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- **Dispatch Management**: Manage dispatch activities for domestic shipments, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Affairs**: Stay updated on import-export regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all import and export transactions, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
- **Tally Prime Expertise**: Utilize Tally Prime software for accounting and financial management tasks, including invoicing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Preferred Qualification- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Skills**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in import-export operations and logistics management, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime software for accounting and financial management tasks.
