**Job Summary**
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales leads either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.

A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazines, Visiting cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
- Prepare & Deliver sales talks by cold calling that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
- Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone/ Mobile in order to solicit sales for products or services, or to request an inspection visit.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements or by other means.
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up on initial sales contacts.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales and facilitate future sales
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone/Mobile
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Marathi, Hindi (Written & Speak)
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
