The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring that high-quality service is delivered to guests, and ensuring that operations meet company standards. The role involves managing staff, inventory, budget, guest satisfaction, and liaising with other departments to provide seamless service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Operational Management**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets, etc.).
- Ensure smooth service delivery and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and train staff in proper service standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- **Staff Management**:
- Coordinate with the F&B Manager for recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of F&B team members.
- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs.
- Motivate and lead staff to maintain high morale and deliver excellent service.
- **Inventory and Budget Management**:
- Monitor inventory levels for all F&B items and supplies.
- Ensure proper stock rotation, ordering, and storage of items.
- Assist in managing the F&B department's budget and costs.
- Control waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
- **Menu Planning and Development**:
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other relevant departments in the creation and updating of menus.
- Ensure that the menu is in line with guest preferences and trends.
- Promote food and beverage items to drive sales and profitability.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure that all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are adhered to.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchens, dining areas, and storage facilities.
- **Guest Relations**:
- Interact with guests and ensure their dining experience meets or exceeds expectations.
- Handle reservations and ensure the efficient seating of guests.
- Monitor guest feedback and respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:
- Work with the marketing team to promote special events, new menu items, and seasonal offers.
- Implement strategies to increase F&B sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
