Banquet Executive

The Banquet Executive is responsible for planning coordinating and executing banquet functions to ensure exceptional guest experiences This includes managing event setups liaising with clients supervising service staff and ensuring smooth operations while maintaining the highest quality and service standards Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute banquet events as per client requirements and hotel standards Supervise banquet setup service and breakdown in collaboration with the banquet team Communicate effectively with the kitchen service and other departments to ensure smooth operations Meet and greet clients during events to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns promptly Ensure all banquet equipment decor and supplies are arranged and maintained properly Assist in staff scheduling task allocation and performance monitoring Train and guide banquet staff on service standards grooming and etiquette Monitor event timelines and ensure adherence to function sheets and BEO Banquet Event Orders Maintain cleanliness hygiene and safety in banquet areas Assist the Banquet Manager in upselling and promoting banquet facilities for revenue generation Maintain accurate post-event reports and feedback for service improvement Requirements Proven experience in banquet operations or event management preferably in a hotel or resort Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple events simultaneously Good understanding of F B service standards and banquet setups Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund
