The Banquet Sales Executive is responsible for generating and converting banquet business opportunities managing client relationships and ensuring successful execution of events This role involves achieving revenue targets by promoting banquet facilities for social events corporate meetings weddings and conferences Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities for banquet sales through networking cold calling and client visits Maintain and build relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business Respond promptly to banquet inquiries prepare proposals and conduct site inspections Achieve assigned banquet sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals Negotiate rates packages and contracts in line with hotel policies and profitability standards Event Coordination Client Servicing Coordinate with banquet operations kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth event execution Handle client requirements special requests and ensure personalized service Maintain accurate records of bookings contracts and client communications Conduct pre-event meetings and post-event follow-ups for feedback and future business opportunities Reporting Documentation Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts Track competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies Ensure all payments and deposits are collected as per contract terms Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities Customer service-oriented with problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good knowledge of banquet operations and hospitality industry standards Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund
