**Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Coordination**
- Coordinate with **clients, event planners, and vendors** to understand banquet requirements.
- Plan and execute **weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings** efficiently.
- Work closely with **kitchen, service, and setup teams** to ensure smooth operations.
- Create and maintain **banquet event orders (BEOs)** with detailed event specifications.
**Operations & Service Management**
- Supervise **banquet setups, table arrangements, and décor** as per client preferences.
- Ensure timely food and beverage service while maintaining quality standards.
- Address last-minute changes or guest requests with professionalism.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with food & beverage regulations.
**Team Leadership & Training**
- Supervise banquet staff, including waiters, bartenders, and setup crews.
- Train staff on **hospitality standards, etiquette, and service protocols**.
- Assign duties and ensure proper delegation for seamless event execution.
**Financial & Inventory Control**
- Monitor banquet expenses and ensure **cost-effective resource allocation**.
- Assist in **budgeting, pricing, and revenue management** for banquet services.
- Oversee inventory of banquet supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
