**Position**: Operation Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Coordination**: Manage daily operations, including scheduling training sessions, coordinating with trainers and mentors, and ensuring resources are available.
**-Placement Support**: Assist in the end-to-end placement process, including coordinating with companies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining placement records.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate databases of student progress, placement status, and employer feedback.
**-Communication**: Serve as a liaison between students, mentors, and partner companies to ensure smooth communication and support.
**-Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company's policies and standard operating procedures.
**-Event Management**: Assist in organizing events like workshops, seminars, mock interviews, and student celebrations.
- **Reporting**: Generate periodic reports on student progress, placement outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address operational challenges and propose solutions to improve processes.
