**Customer retention and preventing customers from Off-boarding is the key.**
Job Title: Sr. Customer Support Executive
Immediate Joiners Required: Joining Date: Feb 26th 2025
**Technical Competence**:
- Proficiency in English language must
- Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support.
- Street Smartness, convincing and persuasion skills.
- **Languages: English & (Tamil OR Telugu OR Malayalam, OR Kannada OR Hindi).**:
- English with one regional Language.
- Location - Chennai (Ambattur)
- Work Mode - From Office
- Should be within the Boundary limits for cab facility
- Talk to HR and clarify.
- Follow a 24/7 rotational shift schedule, which sometimes include nights.
- Graduation Mandatory.
Working Schedule:
- 6 days working with 1 rotational Off weekly.
- Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.
- Casual leaves won't be entertained for the first three months apart from week offs.
Should be able to join immediately.
Remuneration:(Telugu OR Tamil) with English
- 2.46 LPA,
Hindi with English
- 2.80 LPA,
(Malayalam OR Kannada) with English
- 2.70 LPA
