**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring process
- Responsible in encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targets

Qualifications:

- At least one (1) year of doing end to end recruitment (volume hiring) in a BPO/call center setting
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be willing to work on a Night Shift schedule
