**Role :Recruiter**

**You will be responsible for**:

- Postings vacancies on portals and Networking within time frame.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals and expectations
- Responsible for qualitative hiring with clear understanding of BPO, in mind the requirements of the industry.

**Skillset & qualifications required**:

- Graduate or Master’s degree with 1-3 years recruitment experience
- Excellent communications skills.
- Must have experience of BPO recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
- Hands-on operational efficiency with the ability to set and follow processes
- Responsible for handling end to end recruitment cycle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
