Primary Responsibilities:
Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Extensive experience in cold calling, company mapping, and headhunting.
- Working experience for niche requirements
- Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and recruitment for IT.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checking, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with database and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Requirement:

- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Focused and driven.
- A staffing background is a must.
- International recruitment experience (US, UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Australia, etc.)
- Headhunting, Cold Calling, Client Coordination, Gate Crashing, Company Mapping experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
