The IT Executive is responsible for managing the hotel’s information technology infrastructure, ensuring all systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. A key responsibility includes maintaining and supporting **IDS Next Hotel ERP Software** (FortuneNEXT or similar). The role also includes troubleshooting hardware/software issues, assisting staff with tech support, and coordinating with vendors for technical solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain hotel IT systems including hardware, software, networking, and servers.
- Provide **expert support for IDS Next software**, ensuring smooth operation of front office, POS, reservations, inventory, and other modules.
- Regularly back up data and ensure cybersecurity measures are in place.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement and service support.
- Support staff with system usage, offering training when necessary.
- Monitor system performance and maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal IT policies.
- Maintain uptime of systems critical to hotel operations and guest service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT role within the hospitality industry preferred.
- **Hands-on experience with IDS Next Hotel ERP software** (e.g., Fortune NEXT 6i, FX Cloud, or similar).
- Strong understanding of hotel systems like PMS, POS, booking engines, channel managers, and payment gateways.
- Knowledge of networking protocols, hardware troubleshooting, firewalls, and antivirus solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies.
