**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain employee records and manage day-to-day HR operations.
- Handle employee queries, manage payroll, and oversee compliance with labor laws.
- Organize employee engagement activities and assist in performance management.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA in HR or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

**2. Sales Executive - Field Role (Target-Based) - Female only**

We are looking for a highly motivated MBA (Sales & Marketing) Fresher to join our Sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for visiting law offices to demonstrate and sell our cutting-edge AI-based legal product, Advocate AI Master. This position involves direct interaction with lawyers, showcasing how our AI solutions can streamline their workflow and improve efficiency. You will have monthly sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct client visits to lawyers’ offices to demonstrate Advocate AI Master.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and close sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product features and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA in Sales & Marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and visit clients.
- Goal-oriented and self-driven with a passion for sales.
