**Job Description -** As a Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, with a particular focus on leading campus hiring initiatives. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent from universities and colleges. This position requires openness to travel and the ability to effectively lead campus recruitment efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**: Looking for Dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead with 10+years of relevant experience.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
