**Internal Recruiter (Oracle & SAP)**

**We have an excellent opportunity for an Internal Recruiter to join our expanding Talent Acquisition function. This role will be based in Hyderabad and will be focused on resourcing for our growing Oracle and SAP support function.**

**About the role**:
You will also be responsible for developing our recruiting methods in the region, from sourcing new recruiting tools to enhancing our interview, offer, and onboarding processes.

You will receive full training on our systems, processes, and products to ensure you are best equipped to grow our teams.

This role is based in Hyderabad.

**What you’ll be doing**:
No day is the same at Support Revolution, but you will find yourself getting involved in:

- End-to-end recruiting responsibility across permanent, interim, and on-demand resources
- Partnering with multiple stakeholders to understand requirements and provide regular hiring updates
- Management of recruitment suppliers and agencies
- Arranging interviews, conducting telephone interviews, and participating in face-to-face interviews
- Owning all recruitment administration and becoming a superuser of our ATS
- Working with our UK-based HR team on all onboarding activity
- Supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition with all hiring activities and strategies in India
- Keeping relevant stakeholders aware of hiring trends within India
- Supporting the Head of Talent Acquisition and HR team on career frameworks, salary benchmarking, and market mapping
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis on hiring activity, when required

**What we’re looking for**:
This is the perfect role if you are in your first recruitment position looking to make your next career move. To be successful in this position, experience of end-to-end recruitment is essential, as is the ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously. While recruiting experience within Oracle and/or SAP is a plus, we are primarily looking for the following traits and experience as we will provide full training:

- Previous recruitment experience within an IT or software organisation is highly advantageous
- The ability to recruit for complex technical roles
- Knowledge of the permanent and interim market in India
- Experience of owning end-to-end hiring activity for multiple hires
- Creative resourcing methods and the ability to source both active and passive talent
- Experience and ability to negotiate offers of employment
- The ability to continuously advise on the best recruiting methods in India
