We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Immigration Counsellor to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**1. Recruitment Process Management**:

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the skills, qualifications, and experience needed for each position.
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and consultants to support international hiring.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for high-demand positions.

**3. International Compliance**:

- Stay up-to-date on international labor laws, employment regulations, and visa/work permit requirements for different regions.
- Ensure the recruitment process complies with the legal and regulatory requirements of each country.
- Work closely with the legal and HR departments to handle contracts, work permits, and relocation processes for international hires.
- Promote the employer brand internationally through digital marketing, social media, and global job fairs.
- Conduct post-hiring feedback sessions to improve recruitment strategies.

**5. Networking & Partnerships**:

- Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and international job boards to attract diverse talent.
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand global recruitment networks.
- Partner with industry professionals and organizations to access new talent pools.

**6. Reporting & Analytics**:

- Analyze hiring trends, recruitment performance, and effectiveness of different sourcing strategies.
- Recommend improvements to the recruitment process based on data analysis.

- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**8. Negotiation and Persuasion**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on international recruitment.
- Familiarity with visa processing, expatriate hiring, and cross-border recruitment challenges.

**Research Visa Requirements**:

- Understand the visa or work permit requirements for the country where you want to work. Some jobs may provide sponsorship.
- Always ask about visa sponsorship options in job listings or during interviews.

**Salary Range**:
**Fresher: 3LPA fixed**
**Experienced: 3.6LPA to 4.2LPA**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
