Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiting Intern. The Recruiting Intern will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding procedures. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and contributing to recruitment strategies. The intern will also develop communication materials for recruitment efforts and assist in training initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Hiring and Recruiting processes
  • Experience or familiarity with Interviewing techniques and Candidate Assessment
  • Strong Communication skills for engaging with candidates and team members
  • Ability to support Training and onboarding activities
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in tools and platforms related to recruitment (e.g., applicant tracking systems)
  • A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is beneficial
