Madhapur Hyderabad Telangana, India Vestrics Solutions Pvt Ltd Full time

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs for SAP roles.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring panels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of SAP professionals for current and future requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and salary benchmarks within the SAP domain.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and compliance with company policies

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on SAP hiring.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules (SAP MM, SD, FICO, HCM, ABAP, Basis, SuccessFactors, Ariba, S/4 HANA, etc.).
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other job boards.
- Strong networking abilities and knowledge of headhunting techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
