**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure and basic network configurations.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely maintenance and servicing.
- Monitor system performance and implement performance-tuning measures.
- Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT hardware and networking requirements.
- Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support, hardware maintenance, and networking.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux commands, and MS Office tools.
- Hands-on experience with LAN, routers, switches, and basic networking protocols.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and system administration.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and manage multiple support tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in hardware and networking (e.g., CompTIA A+, N+, CCNA) is a plus.
- Experience in IT support within a mid-size company or startup environment is desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
