Job Title: Desktop Support Executive

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components including CPUs, monitors,

keyboards, printers, and network devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely or by visiting user

locations.
- Assist users with login and access issues for cloud services such as Zscaler and

other software.
- Manage IT assets including procurement coordination, tracking inventory, and

handling equipment lifecycle management.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, issues resolved, and asset inventory.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and escalate complex technical issues when

necessary.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and system health checks on desktops and peripherals.
- Occasionally visit other office locations to provide on-site support and assist with

hardware setup or troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices related to

desktop support.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Exp
- Min 2 years experience in desktop support.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to occasionally travel to other offices for on-site support.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
