Remote Customer Support Executive

Working Hours
- **Timings**: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- **Days**: Monday to Sunday
- **Weekly Off**: One rotational day off per week
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order issues, follow-ups, and escalations.
- Support documentation, entry of complaint data, and tracking resolution timelines.
**Required Skills**:
- **Language Proficiency**:
- Must be proficient in **Hindi and English** - both **written and spoken**.
- **Typing Speed**:
- Good typing speed is an added advantage.
- **Communication**:
- Clear and courteous communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- **Tech Savvy**:
Eligibility Criteria
- **Experience**:
- Prior experience in **customer support roles** will be **preferred**.
- **Device Requirement**:
- Must have a **personal laptop** and stable internet connection.
- **Education**:
- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
