**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist in Operations Management**: Support the team in daily operational tasks, such as scheduling and process optimization.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and recommend process improvements within operations and marketing to help streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- **Learning & Development**: Continuously seek opportunities to expand knowledge in business management, marketing, and operations through on-the-job experience, training, and independent study.
- **Project Assistance**: Participate in various operational and marketing projects, providing research support and contributing to project execution.
- **Collaborative Effort**: Work cross-functionally with various teams such as marketing, finance, HR, and IT to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong academic knowledge of business management principles, marketing strategies, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

**Desired Skills**:

- A passion for business management, marketing, and operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A creative and innovative thinker with an eagerness to contribute ideas.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
