**Job Purpose**

Responsible for creating, curating, and managing engaging and relevant content—including reels, memes, and other visual content—to increase brand visibility and engagement across media platforms.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Increase brand engagement through highly creative videos, reels, and multimedia content.
- Work collaboratively to ensure content aligns with overall brand and marketing goals.

**Major KRAs (SMART)**
- Create and curate compelling and visually appealing content, including reels, videos, and other multimedia, to effectively showcase our brand and courses on social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, popular memes, and pop culture to maintain the freshness and relevance of our content for our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement creative content strategies that align with the brand's overall objectives.
- Demonstrate adaptability and the ability to pivot content strategies in response to changing media trends and audience preferences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content and reels, making data-driven decisions to improve future content creation and marketing strategies.
- Embrace flexibility, accept constructive criticism, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of social media marketing principles and a comprehensive knowledge of how different platforms operate to maximize the impact of our content.
- Ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all media channels to maintain brand integrity and recognition.

**Specific Knowledge & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or any degree in marketing, communications, multimedia, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in creating and managing engaging content, particularly in the form of reels and visual media, for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in using a camera is a must. Knowledge of graphic design software is preferred but not mandatory.
- A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation is highly desirable.
