**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, generate leads, increase brand awareness, and optimize performance across all digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) with regular content posting and engagement.
- Create and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to improve website ranking.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tracking tools.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality digital content.
- Update and maintain the company website and landing pages using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Knowledge of content management systems like WordPress.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Google Ads and Analytics certification.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
