**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced Voice Process Executive / Customer Calling

Representative to manage inbound and outbound calls with both foreign and Indian

handling international clients, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams to ensure a

seamless customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for both international and Indian customers.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues

effectively.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and

customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and update call logs.
- Ensure professional and courteous communication across all interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call handling and customer engagement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Any professional degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling foreign clients in a voice process,

customer service, or telecalling role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in

additional languages is a plus).
- Ability to handle Indian customers as well, adapting communication style

accordingly.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively for customer issue

resolution.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in BPO, telecalling, or customer support for both domestic and

international clients.
- Ability to work in different time zones (if needed).
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
