**Job Overview**:As a Costing Executive at our company, you will be responsible for meticulously evaluating and analyzing fabric production costs to ensure accurate pricing strategies. Collaborating closely with various departments, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize your deep understanding of fabric composition, manufacturing processes, and industry trends to accurately calculate production costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, procurement, and sales, to gather pertinent information for cost analysis.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of raw material prices, labor costs, overhead expenses, and other variables affecting fabric production.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and cost breakdowns for various fabric types, finishes, and specifications.
- Conduct cost variance analysis to identify deviations between estimated and actual costs and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics, industry benchmarks, and technological advancements to ensure the cost analysis remains up-to-date and relevant.
- Participate in supplier negotiations, leveraging your expertise to secure favorable pricing for raw materials and services.
- Collaborate with the finance team to align costing data with financial reporting and budgeting processes.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, offering insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to costing and financial reporting within the têxtile industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in fabric costing within the têxtile industry.
- Thorough knowledge of fabric types, production processes, and associated cost components.
- Proficiency in utilizing industry-specific software and tools for accurate cost calculations.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating with suppliers and optimizing costs.
- Familiarity with relevant financial and accounting principles to ensure alignment between cost analysis and financial reporting.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and other relevant tools.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
