Position: Documentation & Logistics Executive - Both

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com

Experience: 2-3 years (Experience in Documentation & Logistics)

**Salary**: 15000 to 20000/
- Timing: 9.30 am to 7.30 pm

Skills: Exp. in Documentation & Logistics

Note: Creating Invoice and other information for the clients and bookings

Work Location : Erode

**Job Description**:

- Process internal request for permit declaration (import, export, transshipment, strategic goods permits)
- Process Preferential COO
- Attend to Custom Queries
- Submission of Customs Manifest Reconciliation System
- Provide advice to internal and external customers on Custom clearance related matter
- Circulate Customs’ announcement internally and externally
- Maintenance of permit records and generate monthly permit recordsGenerate invoicing, including input of costs and revenue and ensure timely and accurate billing
- Generate credit note
- Filing of documents and upload document to in-house systemAll other duties that are assigned from time to time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
