Job Title: Sales Executive - Retail and Branding (RBD) Publications

**Responsibilities**:

- **Retailer Engagement**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retailers to understand their book inventory needs.
- Communicate effectively to showcase RBD Publications' catalogue and facilitate book orders.
- **Sales and Order Management**:

- Implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed book order targets.
- Work closely with retailers to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- **YouTuber Collaboration and Branding**:

- Identify and approach relevant YouTubers for potential collaborations to promote RBD Publications' books.
- Coordinate with influencers to create engaging content that aligns with the brand's image.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about RBD Publications' book releases and effectively communicate key features to retailers and YouTubers.
- Provide necessary promotional materials to YouTubers for effective branding.
- **Branding Initiatives**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement branding initiatives targeted at both retailers and YouTubers.
- Ensure consistent branding messages across all interactions and partnerships.
- **Negotiation and Deal Closure**:

- Negotiate favorable terms with retailers for book orders and with YouTubers for collaborative projects.
- Close deals in a manner that aligns with RBD Publications' business goals.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with retailers and YouTubers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness of influencer and retailer relationships.
- **Event Participation**:

- Attend relevant industry events, book fairs, and influencer meet-ups to network and explore new opportunities.
- Represent RBD Publications professionally and proactively seek collaboration opportunities.
- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the publishing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for literature and knowledge of the publishing landscape.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Additional Information**:

- The role may involve occasional travel for industry events and meetings.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
