Client Relationship Officer

**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with services/products provided.
- **Client Onboarding**:
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient start.
- Provide clients with necessary information, documentation, and support as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively and on time.
- **Service & Product Promotion**:
- Upsell and cross-sell company products or services based on client needs and business objectives.
- Actively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand business offerings.
- Stay updated on company services, product offerings, and industry trends to provide clients with relevant recommendations.
- **Client Retention & Feedback**:
- Regularly solicit feedback from clients to understand their needs, challenges, and areas of improvement.
- Implement retention strategies to prevent churn and promote long-term client partnerships.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring resolutions that enhance client satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and communication.
- Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, feedback, and the progress of ongoing projects or services.
- Analyze data to track performance, identify trends, and suggest improvements for client relationship strategies.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:
- Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure client requirements are met.
- Coordinate with different departments to resolve client issues and ensure timely service delivery.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, as needed, to build strong rapport and provide solutions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
