**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a smart, energetic, and client-focused Client Servicing Executive with a passion for marketing and branding. You will be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless campaign execution, timely delivery, and consistent communication. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced marketing or advertising environment and enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and relationship-building.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact for marketing clients.
- Understand client goals, campaign objectives, and branding requirements.
- Brief creative, digital, and content teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables across departments.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.
- Present proposals, campaign reports, and performance analytics to clients.
- Handle client feedback and escalate issues when needed to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to offer proactive suggestions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and campaign strategy.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
