**Job Overview**

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and lending principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in the financial sector is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Hindi

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough credit and risk assessments on loan applicants
- Prepare loan proposals and present them to the relevant authorities for approval
- Monitor loan repayment schedules and follow up with borrowers on overdue payments
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or inquiries from borrowers
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to small business loans

**Salary**: ₹14,607.97 - ₹24,532.81 per month
