- Business Development and Lead Generation for our North American Clients
- B2B Cold Calling
- Night Time Work for people working from India
- **Identify Potential Customers**:The core function is to find individuals or businesses that might be interested in the company's offerings.
- **Qualify Leads**:Through phone calls, you'll gather information to determine if a prospect is a good fit for the company's products or services.
- **Build Relationships**:You'll engage with prospects to understand their needs, build rapport, and ultimately persuade them to take the next step in the sales process.
- **Follow-Up**:You'll often be responsible for scheduling follow-up calls or meetings with qualified leads.
- **Utilize Telemarketing Skills**:This role heavily relies on effective communication, persuasion, and active listening skills to succeed.
- **Use Scripts and Pitches**:You'll typically use prepared scripts and pitches to engage prospects and guide the conversation.
- **Data Management**:You'll likely be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions with prospects and updating lead information.

- **Persuasion and Sales Skills**:You'll need to be able to convince prospects to take action and move forward in the sales process.
- **Active Listening**:You need to be able to understand the needs and concerns of potential customers.

- **Data Entry and Management**:You'll need to be able to accurately record and update lead information in a CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**:You'll need to have a good understanding of the company's products or services.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with potential customers.
- **Sales Skills**: Understanding of sales processes and techniques is crucial for qualifying and nurturing leads.
- **Marketing Skills**: Experience in Outbound Calling a MUST
- **CRM Experience**: Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage leads and track interactions.
- **Research Skills**: Ability to conduct market research and identify target audiences.
- **Tech Savvy**: Ability to use various tools and platforms for lead generation and sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
