E-commerce Operations

**Job Objective**

Managing the company's overall operations and logistics strategy in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity, and ensure that the management of supply, demand, purchase, inbound and last-mile logistics, e-commerce order operations, delivery fulfilments, warehouse management and inventory control

**Operations, Stock, Fulfillment & Warehouses**
- Ensure that all operations & logistics-related processes associated with each activity are adhered to on month, quarter & year-end, and are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all necessary processes and operations setups are in place to ensure no stock is lost in the office, stock counts are accurate, and any variances are fully investigated.
- Sorts and places products on racks, shelves, or in bins.
- Manage the entire warehouse operations from shipment receipts to order management, picking, and Inventory management to order fulfillment
- Oversee warehouse operations to exceed expectations for productivity, daily workflow, product availability, and accuracy
- Ensure optimum capacity utilization of warehouse by designing best-fit layouts of a warehouse, goods/material placement, inventory movement and maintenance of the warehouse
- Monitoring Inwards, outwards and stock movement across warehouses and maintaining proper documentation as per set standards.

**Manage online orders and daily operations**
- Lead the Operations & Logistics team, supporting them in achieving their own objectives and solving day-to-day problems whilst adhering to corporate competencies.
- Reconcile inventory as needed across various online marketplaces through Zoho system
- Manage stock Receiving, Put away, Picking, Packing & Dispatch operations
- Ensuring POs received from various marketplaces are fulfilled on-time and as per set processes.

**Customer orders & Orders Service**
- Process daily e-commerce outbound documentation from Shopify/Zoho ERP/Ship Rocket/any other domestic and international shipping service; such as pick and pack list, and courier waybills.
- Define SLA's in consultation with the management and make efforts to control and maintain them.
- Ensure on-time order processing, pickup and delivery of customer orders.
- Escalation management of customer orders in case of incorrect order delivery, delayed delivery etc.
- Monitoring of COD orders and contacting customers to confirm COD orders.

**Cross Department working to support efficiency and growth**
- Help in the strategic development of the Operations and Logistics Mgmt. activities.
- Contribute insight into the strategic direction of the Business team through the understanding of the complexity of all different aspects of the business.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in an E-Commerce Operations and Logistics Mgmt. role with exposure to operational elements.
- Preferably a year of experience in eCommerce companies or well versed in Marketplace backend operations
- Local Experience of last-mile logistics.
- Working experience in the E-commerce field.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Familiar with Zoho ERP or equivalent system a plus
- High standard of written and spoken English.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, including carriers, shipping policies and procedures

High integrity, ethical, with ability to act with discretion in sensitive matters

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
