**Job Description: E-commerce Operations Executive**

**Location and Working Days**:

- **Location: Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai.**:

- **Working Days: 6 days a week.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Efficient E-commerce Operations**: Oversee and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless coordination between the warehouse, logistics, and order management teams.

**Customer Engagement**: Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries related to order tracking and dispatch. Provide prompt and accurate updates to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Sales Collaboration**: Manage abandoned checkouts, converting them into potential sales opportunities. Transfer leads to the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.

**Order Generation and Dispatch**: Generate precise and complete orders for dispatch on third-party logistics portals, ensuring all necessary details are included for smooth processing.

**Quality Assurance**: Collaborate with the packing department to ensure proper packaging standards are met, and shipping labels are correctly affixed as per guidelines.

**Operational Compliance**: Maintain operational excellence by adhering to established processes and guidelines while identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or related fields.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication abilities to engage with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and order management platforms.
- Detail-oriented approach to verify orders, packaging quality, and shipping labels.
- Problem-solving mindset to address customer inquiries and operational challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and logistics software.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
