**Executive Assistant to the Chairman**
**Job Summary**: The Executive Assistant to the Chairman will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chairman, ensuring the smooth functioning of corporate and business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Organize and manage the Chairman's calendar and appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and handle correspondences.
- Assist in corporate, business, and investment-related activities, including record-keeping, liaison, coordination, scheduling, and monitoring projects.
- Accompany the Chairman and family to local and overseas functions and trips.
- Assist the Executive Assistant in all ad-hoc assignments.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Be prepared for field work, overtime, and flexible working hours.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in sizable companies.
- Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong planning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work and remain highly organized, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Independent, meticulous, and self-initiated.
