The Chief Operations Officer (COO) for the Plywood Industry will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the company's operations, including production, quality control, logistics, and supply chain management. The COO will work closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all production operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and adjust production accordingly.
- Collaborate with other executives to develop and implement growth strategies, including new product development and market expansion.
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and supervisors to achieve production goals and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the plywood industry.
- Proven track record of implementing operational improvements and achieving production targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control processes.
- Experience with logistics and supply chain management preferred.

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per month
