Associate, Lease Administration

**What this job involves**:
**Client Relationship Management**: Act as the first point of contact with existing customers and ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries. Deal with challenging Client’s questions/minor escalations, creating the improvement plans with support of other AM team members and your manager. Build client relationships, through regular communication and work on the proper client satisfaction. Work closely with the representatives of other business lines to meet client’s needs.

**Account Growth/Sales**: Identify growth potential for Lease administration with support from his/her manager. Prepare an account plan for its own accounts with managerial support.

**Project Delivery**: Drive existing and standard projects on the account with the assistance of his/her manager. Deliver lease administration projects timely and accurately in cooperation with the JBS Team Representatives or the other teams.

**KPIs & Finance**: Create (with assistance of his/her Manager and Ops Controller) and monitor the budget for the account to ensure profitability. Track key account metrics (with assistance of any Team Member or Manager).

**People**: Willingly to learn and open for constructive feedback.

**Minimum education**: University graduation (Bachelor’s degree)

**Job related experience**: at least 6 months of professional experience in JLL or outside of the company required; previous
experience in Client management preferred, but not essential
Knowledge & skills
- Experience in Client Service preferred, but not essential
- Ability to deliver customer experience at the expected level
- Good verbal and written communications skills

- Good time management skills
- Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Open to technology enhancements and being able to use different technologies
- Basic understanding of commercial contracts (eg real estate leases)
