Job Overview:

As a seasoned lease administration expert, you will have the opportunity to work independently and utilize your expertise to enhance skills and deliver high-quality services for clients. Key responsibilities include abstracting critical information from leases and other contract documentation, collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve document abstraction-related queries, and ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Abstract critical information from leases and other contract documentation
  • Liaise with internal parties to obtain appropriate lease documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues within other lease administration teams to ensure workload is completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Evaluate and escalate issues where required
  • Verify and review system reports and data for accuracy and completeness
  • Perform lease document matching and review for completeness
  • Accurately record lease documents information into master document control logs and trackers

Requirements:
  • University graduate with at least 3 years of experience in lease abstraction
  • Expertise in lease abstraction with experience in utilizing property management systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Outlook, and strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain and manage accurate data
  • Ability to adapt to change, willingness to learn new ideas, and capacity to provide solutions and strategies for client needs and concerns
