**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Appear before the NCLT and DRT in insolvency, recovery, and related litigation matters.
- Handle court procedures independently and assist seniors in complex matters.
- Conduct legal research on case laws, statutory provisions, and regulatory updates.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders for smooth case management and updates.
- Maintain case files, manage hearing schedules, and ensure compliance with procedural timelines.
- Support the team in preparing strategy notes and client advisories.
- LL.B. from a reputed law school.
- 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in IBC litigation.
- Strong command over IBC, Companies Act, SARFAESI Act, and related legal frameworks.
- Prior experience in handling NCLT and/or DRT matters is essential.
- Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team and manage client expectations professionally.
- Proactive attitude and commitment to deadlines.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 per month
