**Position**:Senior Associate / Junior Associate**
- **Area of Practice** Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, SARFAESI Act, 2002, Company Law, Corporate Restructuring
- **Education Qualification**: Lawyers/ CS/CA/CWA/Semi-Qualified CS/Semi-Qualified CA
- **Experience**:
**For Sr. Associate**: 2-4 years’ Experience of working with Law firms/ Insolvency Professional Entities (IPEs)/ Financial Institutions with practical knowledge of IBC & Corporate Restructuring.

**For Jr. Associate**: 0-2 years’ Experience under IBC/Restructuring

Ø Good Subject Knowledge of IBC, 2016 and Company Law, SARFAESI and other laws

Ø Should have end-to-end Procedural Knowledge of the CIRP and the Liquidation Process as envisaged under the IBC.

Ø Should have Working Experience in the field of Insolvency and Restructuring.

Ø Should have team spirit, learning ability, and problem-solving skills

Ø Should be responsible and able to work independently/ with limited supervision

Ø Should have Administrative and Managerial Skills.

Ø Should be proficient in Drafting of notices, minutes, Appeals, Petitions, Applications, Replies, Rejoinders, filed before the Hon’ble NCLT/NCLAT/High Courts/Supreme Court.

Ø Appearance before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT/NCLAT and District Courts.
- **Scope of work**:
Ø Handling the CIRP Process/ Liquidation Process end-to-end

Ø Conduct COC/SCC Meetings including preparation of notice, presentation, drafting minutes post completion.

Ø Overlooking operation of the company under CIRP/PPRIP/Liquidation

Ø Drafting of letters to various authorities, debtors of the Corporate Debtor

Ø Drafting of appeals, Petitions, Applications, Replies, Rejoinders, with respect to IBC, SARFAESI filed before the Hon’ble NCLT/NCLAT/ DRT.

Ø Other compliances required for conducting CIRP/Liquidation process

Ø Drafting of other petitions, Applications, Appeals, Reports and also appearances before the Hon’ble NCLT.

Ø Research for cases, Reading Judgements, amendments and circular on daily basis.
- **Salary-**

Ø Commensurate with experience and as per industry standard.

**Salary**: ₹298,695.35 - ₹400,000.00 per year
