To answer every call effectively for Restaurant table bookings and cancellations.
- Taking feedback from the dined-in customers about foods and service and other criteria.
- Attend to customer calls immediately with a zeal to help and always courteous and soft spoken,
- To be able to coordinate with the operation team for bookings and cancellations
- Adherence to the Quality of Calls and Procedures.
- Should be able to understand the customers need and reply diligently.
- Accomplishes all tasks within the proper time frame with 100% call backs.
- Walks the extra mile to ensure satisfaction over and above the regular call of duty
- Displays outstanding level of initiative with little or no supervision
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document guest issues and concerns or escalate/refer to appropriate individual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
