**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:Handle incoming calls from international customers and provide prompt and effective resolution to their inquiries.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and general inquiries.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through courteous and professional communication.

**Issue Resolution**:Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer problems.
Document all customer interactions and solutions provided.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay updated on product features, specifications, and promotions.
Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products and services.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.

**Quality Assurance**:Adhere to quality standards and call center metrics.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills.

**Technology Utilization**:Utilize call center software and other tools effectively to manage customer interactions.
Navigate and update customer information in the database accurately.

**Performance Metrics**:Meet and exceed performance targets, including but not limited to call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with call center software and tools.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with the possibility of rotating shifts.
- Comfortable working in a call center environment.
- Overtime may be required during peak periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹29,557.08 per month
