**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, helping to manage schedules, track leads, and coordinate client communications.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals for clients.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and follow up with clients to ensure timely responses and action.
- Process sales orders and ensure smooth execution of contracts and agreements.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and calls with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems, ensuring accurate records.
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
- Assist with inventory management and ensure product availability for customers.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes and improve sales performance.
- Track and report on sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, sales teams, and other departments.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, sales processes, and client information. Freshers should have a willingness to learn and use these tools.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy in all aspects of sales processes, from order entry to reporting and client communication.
- **Team Collaboration**: Works effectively with internal teams and sales personnel to meet organizational goals.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to address client needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- **Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to support the sales team and clients.
- **Freshers**: Eagerness to develop sales coordination skills and an interest in learning the sales process.
